REP War Room is a private, access-controlled team application for a rugby team's coaches and players. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and how you can remove your data.
A name you enter yourself when you first open the app, so the coaches can see who has read the plan and completed team check-ins.
Contact details you choose to add (cell number, email) on your own details page — visible only to you and team management.
In-app activity needed for the app to function: which sections you have opened, quiz/poll answers, wellness and training check-ins you submit, and team-chat messages you post.
We do not use third-party advertising, and we do not use third-party tracking or analytics SDKs.
Solely to run the team app: to show you the match plan, record that you have read it, deliver team messages and notifications, and let the medical and coaching staff support the squad. Wellness red flags are shared only with the head coach and the team doctor.
The app is gated by a team code and a personal access link. Confidential content is only visible to signed-in team members. Data is stored securely with our hosting provider and is not sold or shared with third parties.
No account or password is created, and no payment information is stored for players. To remove your access and delete the name and details you entered, contact your team admin, or email erasmusj@icloud.com and we will remove your data. Your access can also be switched off by the coaches at any time.
Where the app is used by a team including players under 18, it is provided to the team's management, who obtain the appropriate consent. The app contains no advertising and no public user-generated content.
